Beauclair Nkamga is:
- A Doctor of Business Law (Ph.D.), with a thesis defended in 2007 on “Corporate Leaders”;
- Graduate of In-depth Studies in Community and Comparative Law from CEMAC, he is an expert in customs, Foreign Exchange (financial relations with foreigners), Investments, amicable recovery of debts from African States, and the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA). He is also an international consultant and member of the International Network of Customs Universities (INCU). He was head of the Customs and Transfer Pricing business unit at PwC Tax & Legal subsaharian Africa;
- In May, 2023 he was elected Permanent Secretary of the African Union Professional –AfCFTA (AUP- AfCFTA) a pan-african Non- profit International Organisation registered under the Mauritius Certificat of Registration of Association Number: 17 575, of April 10, 2024.
Beauclair Njoya has represented the interests of African and foreign companies in major customs and foreign exchange controls and disputes over the past fifteen years. His experience includes handling issues such as the customs value of traveler’s checks, fraud involving bond receipts, the origin of imported goods, general customs operations, the removal of goods from Stevedores, and investigations into computer operating systems and their tax implications, among others.
He has also been involved in numerous instances of Amicable debt recovery from African states. Additionally, he has provided training to many heads and executives of both foreign and national companies in the areas of customs, foreign exchange, business law, and investments.
Dr. Beauclair Njoya Nkamga is the author of several books and scientific articles, including:

In 2012, the dedication of his work entitled “L’administration Provisoire des sociétés dans l’espace OHADA” ” (The interim administration of companies in the OHADA space)
had been organized by the Common Court of Justice and Arbitration of OHADA in its large courtroom in Abidjan, under the patronage of the President of the court, Professor Antoine Oliviera. In the last quarter 2022, Njoya Nkamga published a 270- page book entitled
“Présentation et Procédures en Zone de Libre-Echange Continentale Africaine (ZLECAf)” edited by Afredit SA and in May 2023, he published the 201- page book entitled
“Presentation and Procedures in the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA)” edited by Lambert Academic Publishing (LAP). Dr. Beauclair Njoya Nkamga is a Lecturer in some professional Masters, Business School and MBA from HEC.
Co-author of the Encyclopedia of OHADA Law (under the direction of Professor Paul-Gérard Pougoué), he is also the designer of:
- Platform for assistance in obtaining Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) status, a flagship program through which Zoll & Legal and its partners assist and prepares companies to adopt AEO status in AfCFTA States and derive the best benefits from it;
and
- Zoll & Legal’s Platform for Customs Coaching, through which Zoll & Legal provides Certifications in mastery of customs techniques, international trade and investment.
